Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady

The Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady (FMOL) is the religious sponsor of Franciscan High School.  The sisters of FMOL ensure that Franciscan High School is Catholic in identity and mission, true to the religious charism of FMOL, and appropriately governed. Franciscan High School has built a school culture based on shared values of Faith, Purpose and Service.

The Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady, North American Province, is a prominent Catholic order in Baton Rouge and an international congregation of consecrated women who follow closely in the footsteps of St. Francis of Assisi. The Order serves those most in need in the areas of healthcare, education, parish ministry and social services. They are excited to grow their mission into the high school setting and serve the low-income families of Baton Rouge.
